The 2024 Lok Sabha Election result gave us many shockers with some really close battles and some massive landlside victories. Among the top margin getters, 4 candidates were of the rulling BJP while the 5th top margin getter is from Trinamool.
From Madhya Pradesh's Indore seat, BJP canddiate Shankar Lalwani bagged 12,26,751. He beat the BSP candidate by 10,08,077 votes and secured the biggest margin in this election. Meanwhile, due to Congress' NOTA campaign, the Non Of The Above option bagged 2,18,674 votes.
From MP's Vidisha came victorious the former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan who bested Congress' Pratapbhanu Sharma by a staggering 8,21,408 margin. The next two top margin getters are from Gujarat.
CR Patil, the BJP candidate from Navsari constituency got 10,31,065 votes and beat NB Desai by a massive margin of 7,73,551 votes. Home Minister Amit Shah, who was rampant in the campaiging for BJP secured the 4th highest victory and beat Congress candidate Sonal Patel by 7,44,716 votes.
In 5th place came the Tinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee who had been extremely active in campaigning. He beat, BJP's Abhijit Das (Bobby) by 7,10,930 votes.
